I traveled to Niigata prefecture today (almost it is yesterday) with my club mates. We enjoyed the food, walking, landscape, snow and onsen. It was really nice trip and I'd like to go to travel with them soon! However looking back this great trip, I found myself never to take leadership in our group. I just followed others slowly and stayed one place a little too long, so sometimes I made the others wait. I left taking photos, time management, etc to the others.
Wow! I never try to take leadership positively... Actually I've already known that. I understand myself very well. I am a little bit too lazy and tend to find things bothersome...! Is it possible for me, such a lazy girl, to be a good leader? However I have another question that whether good leaders have to behave as a leader in everyday life or not. Actually I am not good at leading others, but I can make effort to take leadership, for example, in club.
Probably, there are leaders who naturally take leadership anytime, and in every situation, but on the contrary good leaders may change 'ON' and 'OFF.'
Should I try to take leadership in everyday life even if I do not like lead others, to be a good captain in my club?
